A developer platform for connecting Cuban software engineers with companies.
Status: Active — this is my current flagship MVP.
The idea
The starting point is straightforward: there are a lot of talented software engineers in Cuba, and companies around the world are looking for exactly the kind of skills they have. Connecting those two sides reliably is the entire product.
TODO: Expand this section with the original motivation and how the idea took shape. I don’t want to describe the story loosely from memory — this will get a proper write-up.
The problem
The problem this product exists to solve is the connection between Cuban engineers and companies that need them. That touches a lot of messy, real-world constraints — where people are, how they get paid, what the legal and administrative paths look like, and how a profile makes sense to someone thousands of kilometers away.
TODO: Add the concrete user problem and the specific frictions the product addresses.
Building it
TODO: Document the architecture, the stack decisions, and why they were made. The emphasis here will be on decisions, constraints and tradeoffs rather than a feature list.

What I learned
TODO: This section will capture the things that surprised me — about the problem, about the users, and about building a product rather than a project.
